20mm Green Slate Mini Bag

20mm Green Slate is a natural slate, a mixture of green colours which deepens when wet. It can be used for pathways, rockeries, borders, mulch water features, seating and patio areas. It will enhance any garden large or small.

Green slate looks at its best when wet so is also ideal around water features, but looks great next to rusty Slate paving, Indian sandstone paving, decking, sleepers with the fact that it is naturally formed provides the perfect finish.

Ideally it should be laid on a weed suppressant material that is pegged down using mulch mat pegs to a depth of approximately 50mm, the deeper the better if being used as a mulch for frost purposes or for water retention on the garden or raised vegetable beds.
